Labourer with RTITB Forklift

We are currently recruiting a Labourer/ B1 forlift operator (RTITB), on a long term contract opportunity in Dyce, Aberdeen.

Candidates MUST have a valid RTITB B1 Forklift licence.

This role will include day to day forklift and labouring duties inclusive of painting equipment, may be required to muck in with slightly more technical tasks under my direct supervision and assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating counterbalance and/or reach forklifts safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving stock, materials, and equipment around the site
• Assisting with general warehouse or site labouring duties
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Carrying out manual handling tasks when required
• Supporting other team members and supervisors as needed
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times
• Performing routine forklift checks and reporting defects

Requirements

• Valid B1 RTITB Forklift Licence
• Previous experience in a labouring or warehouse environment
• Good understanding of health and safety practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and capable of manual work
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
